w3rd, lj.
yeah yeah, it's been awhile. I think I will be coming out of my lj slump very soon.

so now, a year later, we (uhmmmmmm me and HotJon) watched some tv and had some beer. and didn't think twice about burping or anything of that nature (fineeeeeeee I did most of the burping as per usual). It's really, really.....nice........not how frequent I have to burp, but rather how I don't really hold anything back. neither does he. okay, I'll stop with the lovey dovey stuff. for now.
We watched the last part of CNTM, Canada's Next Top Model, and it looks like it's going to be a good first season. There is some crazy chick that thinks she's the greatest thing to happen to fashion, but she's no Jade. Also, I like that Jay is back.
the factory sucks. and I'm doing factory work at home - catalogue bullshit. I can't escape this place. Buuuttttt, it looks like dave ricci might hook me up with a sweet camp job.....since the other camps I applied to are not looking that promising.
time for tea.

with all these updates you'd think I have a lot of work to do, such as studying for an exam, no wait, learning half a course, and doing 2 and a half illustrator drawings in about.....48 hours.

another one of life's greatest mysteries:
how Luke always, and I do mean always, to where it's compulsive, puts the toilet lid down, but yet often doesn't flush his.....business, and I'm not talking about business #1, because that business rarely gets flushed as it is. To put the lid down, your hand is right beside the handle anyways! arrrgh kghfakhgadfghksfdakgfad no one cares about the lid! flush the business!

I'm going to let you off the hook for now, Lynx, because you're ansey and horny because it's spring time, and well, you can't really fancy any of the lady cats being cooped up in our apartment. It still doesn't give you an excuse to be a brat.
Today was allright. I have alot of work to do for my critique on Thursday.
I kind of want to rewind the clock for a few days ago. Then I'd still be in London. No work and all Jon make Andrea happyhappy.

I had a reallllllly good weekend In London. I'd still maybe be there, but Jonathan has a different reading week than I do. pout. I am craving the taco salad he made for us on Thursday.
On wednesday night, when I was supposed to be studying for my midterm and preparing for my monologue, (which didn't matter anyways because school was closed the next day because of two inches of snow! hkasgdsakrygae^&(*(*(%ywg!) I MADE COOKIES. For Jon. From scratch. Twas Jenny's recipe, I cannot take credit for the deliciousness. BUT, I made cookies. My roomates were all pretty amazed, as they've never seen me bake any sort of dessert before. Well, I guess I havn't really ever...... by myself. I cook all the time, but never cookies and cakes and the like.
Luke was all "WTF!" and got my camera and took a video of me making the cookies. He thought it was pretty hilarious. It was gold when he was giving me cooking tips, hahah. It's funny coming from the boy who can pretty much only make cereal and cheese-cracker and peanut-butter-spoon.
( I guess it was nice to have a milestone like this captured on film though. )

Today I have felt very socially-retarded and I'm not sure why.
I keep on getting junk e-mails from people with real sounding names, and then I'll open it and it's all, "Clear Debt the Christian Way!" or "Enlarge your penis - New revolutionary technology!" or "Sexy new Ringtones!"......WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE.
I cannot escape Walter Benjamin or Roland Barthes from any of my classes.
Work kind of just hit me today. In a week exactly I have: my monologue, huge technical assignment for Photo, midterm, readings, Illustrator shite.
Don't worry, I'm not going to turn this into another DO YOU HAVE THE TIME TO LISTEN TO ME WHINE posts :)

heh. the last time I updated this thing was when I was back here, at my grandparents, after seeing Brokeback. (rawr) (okay. only half kidding)

wow, this is not a very interesting update. This weekend I have to practice my monologue out loud. For those of you know don't know, the play is about drag queens. I'm pretty excited, but I have to work on my voice.
also, I need to get my shizz together for photo. I'm feeling a little uninspired. and.....the ideas that I do have, might offend people. it's not meant to be offensive.....but I don't know, some people might/or will read it a different way.

oh man things are crazy. I've been home for almost a week and havn't had much time to dick around and do absolutely nothing.

One thing I've realized about being home: the shopping is about a jillion times better. I think I might have drooled yesterday in H&M and fcuk.

I told them that it was over 200 beans and they better not screw it up. I know they're taking it in from the middle, you know, in between the girls. there is probably nothing better than working on your overdue photography project at 5am whilst watching your Sisterhood of the Travelling Pants dvd, but really watching more of the dvd than doing actual work. and getting teary at the sad scenes. and wishing you were really one of the travelling pants girls. NIK and CARLY - do you remember how we used to assign the characters of Now & Then to our little group? I was usually Sam because her parents were divorced and she had the long brown hair. I don't know what travelling pants girl I would be. Maybe a fuse of Tibby and Lena. yes. maybe a bit of Carmen too because she has the blended family issues. is anyone still reading this?
oops .....didn't mention how before that there was a Gilmorez marathon.
I have a coffee date with Lindsay White tomorrow!
Oh. and pictures to come within the next few days...... from the 3pm drinkfest with photo class and the bachelorette party :D
It'll be worth the wait, I promise.
it's been awhile since I've made a good photo essay.
